We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellation Charges: a. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of [50]% of the total service cost. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
